Flyte CRM

Everything that matters.
One place to act.

Flyte CRM brings relationships, conversations, tasks, follow-ups and business activity into one operating view so teams always know what happened and what needs to happen next.

Access is granted by invitation while the product is in early use.

The My Work queue: overdue, due today, upcoming and waiting-on-others counts above a list of tasks, each showing its company, contact, owner and due date.

My Work

Start the day knowing what needs you.

Most CRMs open on a dashboard. A dashboard tells you how last quarter went; it does not tell you who you owe a call. Flyte CRM opens on a work queue, and the queue is the whole page.

  • Overdue

What slipped, and by how many days. First, before anything else.

  • Due today

The list you actually work from. One click to complete, snooze or reschedule.

  • Upcoming

What is coming, so today's decisions account for tomorrow's promises.

  • Waiting on others

Work you handed to somebody else, still yours to chase until it closes.

  • Needs attention

Deals with no next step and relationships going quiet — surfaced with the reason.

Every row carries the company, the contact, the deal, the owner, the due date and the last time anyone touched the relationship — so the decision can be made from the list, not from four tabs.

Relationship workspaces

The whole history of a relationship, on one screen.

Open a company and you get who they are, what is owed, and everything that has ever happened — in that order. Contacts, calls, meetings, notes, tasks, opportunities, uploaded activity and follow-ups, in one chronological stream you can act on without leaving.

  • Work first, history second

Overdue and upcoming tasks sit above the timeline, so you never scroll through six months of notes to find out you owe somebody a call.

  • One timeline, every source

Notes, calls, meetings, emails, stage changes, completed tasks and uploaded captures — one stream, colour-typed, with the exact time and the person who logged it.

  • Act without navigating

Log a call, book a meeting, write a note, raise a task or start a capture from the record you are already looking at.

  • Context that stays in view

Contacts, opportunities and recent captures sit in a rail that does not scroll away while you read.

A company workspace in three columns: identity and quick actions on the left, upcoming work and a chronological activity timeline in the centre, contacts and opportunities on the right.

Capture

From conversation to action.

The work does not happen in the CRM. It happens in a text thread, on a call, on a page of handwriting, in a PDF somebody emailed. Capture is the on-ramp for all of it: upload the screenshot, photo, note or file, and Flyte keeps the original while you turn it into organised activity and follow-up work.

01
Original
The screenshot, photo or file, stored and kept.
02
Extracted
Text pulled from the source, or typed by you.
03
Suggested
A proposed title, date, company and follow-up.
04
You review
Nothing is written until a person approves it.
05
On the record
An activity on the timeline, original still attached.
Where the product is today. Capture screenshots, photos, handwritten notes and files today, with intelligent extraction designed into the workflow. The extraction step is a defined interface with no provider connected in this deployment — so the review screen says so plainly and asks you to type the summary. Nothing is ever transcribed, summarised or filed by a machine without a person reading it first.
The capture review screen: the uploaded screenshot on the left beside its extracted text, and on the right the activity title, type, date, summary, company and contact links, and an optional follow-up task.

Follow-through

A follow-up is not a separate to-do list.

Every task in Flyte CRM stays attached to the thing it came from — the company, the person, the conversation, the deal. That is what makes the queue readable, and what makes the record complete.

Raised where it was agreed

Create the follow-up from the capture, the note or the record itself. It arrives already linked to the company, the contact and the opportunity.

Owned by a person

Assign it and it appears in their queue with a notification. It appears in yours under Waiting on others until they close it.

Closed on the timeline

Completing a task writes to the relationship’s history, so the record of what was promised and what was done is the same record.

Why it matters

Less administration. Fewer dropped balls.

Fewer dropped follow-ups

Overdue is a tab, not something you notice three weeks later in a pipeline report.

No reconstructing the week on Friday

Log it when it happens, from wherever it happened — or upload the evidence and file it in a minute.

One place to see the relationship

Not a contact record here, a thread there, and a folder of screenshots on somebody’s phone.

A day that starts with a queue

Not a dashboard you have to interpret before you know what to do first.

No productivity percentages here. When Flyte CRM has run long enough with real teams to measure something honestly, that is what this section will say instead.
